Good Friends

Well, explainin' time, I guess.

I drew Gia, like, ONCE and it came out awful. So awful in fact, I told myself not to draw her until I became semi-confident in my Madagascar style. And using a ref, I drew her one more time.

*Sniff*

It's SO BEAUTIFUL!! I loved how she came out, and decided to draw another character in there. I wanted to do Alex but I KNEW he would come out awful since I've barely drawn him, and it would ruin the picture, so I drew the only other character I knew to draw.

Safēda it was! Gia there actually helped me draw her in a more Madagascar-ee style. I liked how she came out, drew the spots (Which was a real pain by the way) and Saffy's stripes.

Used Sai, and it took me at least four hours to do the lineart, base coloring, spot coloring, muzzle coloring, and extra bits.

I've also noticed that I've been doing nothing but Madagascar art lately. O_O

Sorry to spam you guys for it but give me a break, I can draw whatever I want! XD.
